Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations in Elephant Butte, NM. The position is contract-based with an immediate start date and a duration of approximately 13 weeks or longer. The role requires full-time availability to work 10-hour day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify medication orders and ensure accuracy and safety
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
  • Handle incoming calls and provide pharmacy-related guidance
  • Manage pharmacokinetics dosing and monitoring as needed
  • Support inpatient medication management and distribution processes
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Pharmacist in New Mexico, or eligibility to obtain a temporary NM license
  • Proven inpatient pharmacy experience
  • Ability to work full-time hours during day shifts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent clinical judgment
Location:
    Elephant Butte, New Mexico Schedule:
    • 10-hour day shifts
