Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract We are seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to provide professional pharmacy services in a small hospital setting of approximately 80 beds. This role requires an active New Mexico pharmacist license and experience in clinical pharmacy within a hospital environment.

Contract Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Conduct medication reviews and optimize pharmacotherapy for inpatients Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective medication use Participate in therapeutic drug monitoring and patient counseling as needed Maintain accurate records and oversee inventory control Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Active New Mexico Pharmacist license Proven experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital or inpatient setting Strong knowledge of drug therapies and hospital pharmacy operations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment This contract opportunity offers the chance to contribute to quality patient care in a close-knit hospital community.
