Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Hospital Pharmacist Opportunity - Truth Or Consequences, NM An immediate opening is available for a hospital pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations in Truth Or Consequences, NM. This contract position is approximately 13 weeks in duration, with a start date as soon as possible.

Truth Or Consequences, NM Schedule:
10-hour day shifts Full-time availability required
Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure workflow continuity Field incoming calls and provide clinical support to nursing and medical staff Manage pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustments for inpatients Participate in daily medication management and safety protocols within the hospital pharmacy setting
Qualifications:
Active New Mexico pharmacist license preferred Candidates with the ability to obtain a temporary NM pharmacist license will be considered Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience essential Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Ability to work full-time day shifts This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a hospital setting, directly impacting patient care quality.
