Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to support a hospital setting with approximately 80 beds in Williamsburg, NM. This contract opportunity requires a New Mexico pharmacist license and experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within the hospital pharmacy. Review and verify prescriptions to ensure appropriateness and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy. Monitor patient outcomes and provide clinical pharmacy interventions as needed. Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
Active New Mexico pharmacist license. Experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting. Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmacy operations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
