Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring Pharmacists for a Community Pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. This is an on-site opportunity with rotating shifts. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Pay:
$71 to $73/hourType:
Five-month contract with possibility of an extensionSchedule:
Full-time, Rotating Shifts - Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:30PM Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform duties related to the preparation and fulfillment of prescription orders.
- Dispense unit doses, prescription medications, and related supplies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process, pack, and verify outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all medications, supplies, and patient education materials are included.
- Interpret provider prescriptions, input and retrieve orders in the computer system, and accurately fill and dispense medications.
- Contact patients to verify order details, resolve rejected claims, and provide medication counseling.
- Order, store, and manage inventory, including refrigeration and calibration of dispensing equipment.
- Provide patient consultations and deliver pharmacy care services in a community pharmacy environment.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in NV.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree required.
- Previous community or retail pharmacy experience preferred. Why Work for Adecco?
