  • Las Vegas, Nevada This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacist seeking leadership in a specialized sterile compounding environment.
Positioned in a closed-door 503 A/B facility, the role demands strict regulatory compliance while leading a high-quality pharmacy operation.

Las Vegas, Nevada Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Act as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring adherence to
USP , USP
, FDA, and state pharmacy board regulations. Oversee sterile compounding workflows, personnel management, and quality assurance programs within the facility. Maintain compliance with multi-state pharmacy laws, including California and other non-resident states. Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to sterile compounding. Hire, train, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure operational excellence. Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and related regulatory interactions. Oversee environmental monitoring, validation processes, and documentation programs. Ensure the proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations. Collaborate with leadership to support operational strategy, expansion efforts, and licensing initiatives. Maintain accurate records to guarantee inspection readiness at all times.
Required Qualifications:
PharmD degree. Active pharmacist license in Nevada and California, or in the process of obtaining California licensure. Additional state licenses preferred or a willingness to obtain them. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sterile compounding, ideally in 503A or 503B compounding environments. Prior experience as a Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy manager. Comprehensive knowledge of
USP , USP
, and sterile compounding regulations. Experience managing multi-state pharmacy operations and non-resident licensure. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
