Direct Hire A growing specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead operations at its new Las Vegas location. This role offers the opportunity to build a team, establish compliant processes, and help support future growth. Responsibilities Lead daily sterile compounding operations and pharmacy workflow Ensure compliance with USP , , FDA, and state regulations Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff Oversee quality assurance, SOPs, environmental monitoring, and documentation Manage inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements Support multi-state licensing and future expansion Requirements PharmD or equivalent Active Nevada and California pharmacist licenses or CA license in progress Sterile compounding experience preferred PIC or pharmacy management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of USP and 503A/503B and multi-state experience is a plus Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, competitive compensation, and professional development support.
