Schedule:

40 hours/week; 8-hour variable shifts

Contract:

26 weeks, with temp-to-perm potential

License:

Active Nevada pharmacist license required; PGY1 residency preferred

Schedule Details:

Weekday pharmacy hours: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Weekend hours at select locations : 9:00 AM-5:30

PM Requirements:

Experience with patient counseling Formulary conversion New member onboarding Medication reconciliation review Medication therapy management (MTM) Experience working with Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma patients This clinical opportunity is well suited for pharmacists with strong patient-care and medication-management experience who enjoy working across a variety of outpatient settings.
