Supervising Pharmacist -

Full-Time :

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and patient-focused Supervising Pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and can confidently lead and support a busy pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with patients, physicians, medical offices, insurance providers, and pharmacy staff to ensure prescriptions are handled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide professional and compassionate patient counseling Communicate and coordinate with physicians and medical offices regarding prescriptions and patient care Supervise and support pharmacy staff while maintaining a positive and professional work environment Assist with prescription, insurance, and patient-service concerns Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, safety standards, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers

Qualifications & Requirements :

Active and valid Pharmacist license Active HIPAA certification Active Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) certification Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy Strong commitment to patient care, accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, professional, and genuinely committed to patient care . Competitive compensation will be discussed based on experience. Training and support will be provided as needed. Pay:

$85.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
