Pay:

$3300/weekly gross, $51.35/hr, $77.03/OT, $1246 per diem  Recent inpatient pharmacy experience is required 

BS in Pharmacy accepted o PharmD is not required 

Not required  Must meet applicable New York State pharmacist licensure requirements  Sterile compounding competency will be validated onsite #
