Hire Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services for inpatient populations, including medication therapy management and patient counseling Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication use Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals and clinical guidelines Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current pharmacist license valid in New York Experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy practice preferred Strong knowledge of medication therapy and hospital protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for healthcare team collaboration Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
