Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team. Our pharmacies are committed to providing exceptional patient care, personalized pharmaceutical services, and a supportive work environment where healthcare professionals can thrive. Multiple Locations Available Placement will be based on your experience, skills, and language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities Medication Dispensing:
Review, verify, and fill prescription orders accurately while checking for drug interactions, proper dosage, and contraindications.
Patient Care & Counseling:
Provide comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM), counsel patients on drug administration and potential side effects, and answer health-related inquiries.
Clinical Services:
Administer immunizations and wellness screenings in accordance with state regulations and company protocols.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and compliance.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain strict adherence to state/federal pharmacy regulations, DEA guidelines, and HIPAA policies.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Active and unencumbered Pharmacist License in
New York Experience:
New graduates are encouraged to apply! You will work alongside experienced pharmacists and a knowledgeable support team.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with pharmacy management software
