Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A growing mail-order pharmacy in Athens, Ohio, is seeking a licensed Pharmacist (RPh) for a verification-focused role with minimal direct patient interaction. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options for either part-time or full-time availability, making it an excellent fit for candidates who prioritize accuracy and efficiency in prescription verification. Responsibilities include:
Verifying prescriptions accurately and efficiently Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Overseeing dispensing workflow in a mail-order environment Maintaining accurate documentation and quality assurance standards Collaborating with pharmacy staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing No negative licensure history Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently within a mail order pharmacy setting Previous prescription verification experience is preferred but not required
