Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A clinical pharmacist position is available for a 14-week contract starting ASAP through January 2, 2027, located in Bucyrus, OH. This role requires flexibility with shift start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and includes working every fourth weekend.
Responsibilities include:
Performing typical inpatient clinical pharmacist duties with a focus on medication management and patient safety Supervising pharmacy technicians and overseeing clean room operations Collaborating effectively with medical and nursing staff to support patient care Utilizing EPIC electronic medical records at two sites: Galion (25 beds) and Ontario (40 beds)
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Ohio pharmacist license required Strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred Commitment to values of kindness, responsibility, confidence, and collaboration This contract role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
