Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An established health system in North/Central Ohio is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support one of their hospital locations with 25 to 40 beds. This contract opportunity requires an Ohio pharmacist license and offers a flexible schedule with shifts starting between 6am and 9am, including working every 4th weekend. The position is scheduled for 26 weeks with an ASAP start. Responsibilities include typical inpatient pharmacy duties such as supervising pharmacy technicians and overseeing clean room practices, along with fostering strong communication and collaboration with physician and nursing teams. Both hospital sites utilize the EPIC electronic health record system.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Ohio pharmacist license Prior inpatient pharmacy experience in a hospital setting Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians effectively Strong teamwork and communication skills, particularly with multidisciplinary clinical teams Detail-oriented with a commitment to responsible and confident practice Alignment with core values of kindness, responsibility, confidence, and collaboration
