This pharmacist will play a key clinical role in managing complex IV and specialty therapies while collaborating with physicians, nurses, patients, caregivers, and internal clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Direct Hire/Permanent Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and dispense sterile compounded IV and specialty medications. Monitor drug therapies, lab values, pharmacokinetic dosing, and TPN, making clinical recommendations as needed. Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers on home infusion therapies and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and internal clinical and operational teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain compliance with pharmacy, healthcare, and regulatory standards. Assist with pharmacy inventory and preparation of medications and supplies for safe home delivery. Qualifications Ohio Pharmacist license. Minimum 2 years of infusion or specialty pharmacy experience. Experience with sterile compounding and complex IV therapies. Experience with clinical monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing, and TPN.
