Per Diem Pharmacist

Dispense medications accurately while adhering to safety protocols. Counsel patients on their medications, including usage, side effects, and regimen adherence. Address and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints following organizational policies. Maintain accurate records and inventories of stock and controlled substances. Clarify issues related to third-party coverage and assist patients in resolving problems.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active pharmacist license in Ohio is mandatory. Minimum of 1 year experience in retail pharmacy settings.
