Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently for inpatient hospital patients. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication therapy management. Monitor patient medication regimens for safety, efficacy, and compliance. Participate in weekend and holiday rotation shifts as required. Utilize pharmacy systems such as RX30 to manage prescriptions and maintain records. Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Administer vaccinations as certified. Desired Experience:

Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing. Minimum of one year current retail-based pharmacy experience required. Vaccination certification must be valid at the time of application. Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work varied shifts within a 40-hour work week.
