Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A growing GLP-1 mail-order compounding pharmacy serving 37 states is seeking a licensed Pharmacist (RPh) to join their team in Athens, Ohio. This role offers a verification-focused workload with minimal patient interaction, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in accuracy-driven environments. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, providing flexibility to fit your needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance Maintain adherence to both state and federal pharmacy regulations Oversee the dispensing workflow within the mail order pharmacy setting Keep detailed documentation and uphold quality assurance standards Work closely with pharmacy staff to facilitate timely and efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing with no negative licensure history Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively in a mail order pharmacy environment Previous verification experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply; a one-year commitment is required, and licensure costs will be covered
