Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current and unrestricted pharmacist license Proven experience as a staff pharmacist in a hospital inpatient setting Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and hospital formularies Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy information systems
