Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Inpatient Staff Pharmacist reviews and verifies medication orders, conducts clinical reviews, performs therapeutic monitoring, completed pharmacy consults, and provides drug information to clinical staff. Performs centralized pharmacy operational tasks for Inpatient and hospital Ancillary departments, including final product verification and dispensing of sterile and non-sterile compounded drug products and hazardous drugs. Supervises and directs pharmacy technician, interns, and support personnel.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in the State of Ohio.Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
