Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations at two hospital sites with a combined total of 65 beds. This contract role requires a flexible start time between 6am and 9am with a schedule that includes working every 4th weekend. The assignment is set to begin ASAP for a duration of 14 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication dispensing Supervise pharmacy technicians, including managing clean room operations to maintain compliance and sterility Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff to optimize pharmaceutical care and support patient treatments Utilize EPIC electronic health records to track medication orders and documentation efficiently across both hospital locations
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current pharmacist license in Ohio is required Experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy practice within a hospital setting Strong skills in supervising pharmacy techs and managing sterile environments Effective communication abilities to work confidently and collaboratively with healthcare teams Commitment to values of kindness, responsibility, and teamwork

Mansfield, Ohio (covering two hospital sites: 25-bed and 40-bed capacities)
Schedule/Hours:
