Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations in North/Central Ohio, with assignments at two facilities ranging from 25 to 40 beds. This position offers a contract engagement lasting approximately 26 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
Location:
Mansfield, OH (supporting hospitals in Galion and Ontario, OH areas)
Schedule/Hours:
Flexible shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM Work every 4th weekend
Responsibilities:
Manage typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication dispensing and administration oversight Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Maintain strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for medication management and documentation Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Current Ohio pharmacist license in hand Proven inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Adherence to values of kindness, responsibility, confidence, and teamwork This role is ideal for pharmacists seeking to apply their clinical expertise in a dynamic hospital inpatient environment with flexible scheduling.
