Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem This opportunity seeks a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacist to provide essential vacation coverage at a busy retail pharmacy. The role demands accuracy and efficiency as you will engage in significant data entry and prescription verification duties within a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Mansfield, OH Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Pharmacy hours 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no lunch closure)

Coverage Dates Needed:

August 10 to August 14 September 14 to September 18 November 25

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data and verify over 200 prescriptions daily using PioneerRx software Perform product verification and checking processes to ensure accuracy and safety Answer pharmacy phone calls professionally and efficiently Receive, check in, and sign for controlled and narcotic drug deliveries Collaborate closely with a team of three full-time pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations Uphold compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Active and clear Ohio pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience Proficient computer skills and comfortable with high-volume data entry Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities This position is ideal for pharmacists seeking flexible, Per Diem work while supporting a well-established pharmacy during key vacation periods.
