Responsibilities:

Perform professional verification (PV1 and PV2) to ensure accuracy and compliance in medication dispensing. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records. Oversee medication distribution in a closed-door long-term care pharmacy setting. Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy. Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials. Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations and regulations. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
