Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense inpatient medications in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use Conduct medication reconciliation and patient counseling when needed Utilize pharmacy systems, preferably RX30, for order processing and inventory management Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum of 1 year current retail-based pharmacy experience with consistent 40-hour workweeks Experience working varied shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations in a retail setting Vaccination certification required upon application Familiarity with RX30 pharmacy system is advantageous but not mandatory
