Clinical Pharmacist Zanesville, OH 13 Weeks Assignment (Extendable)

Evenings Pay Rate:

$70/hr -$80/hr on W2 The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts. Typical shift will be 12:30-9 PM. Weekend hours may be variable depending on staffing. An active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required, along with at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required. Must have relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management.
