PM Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services to support inpatient care Manage pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly for vancomycin Oversee warfarin therapy management Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use Utilize electronic medical records, primarily EPIC system

Qualifications:

Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum one year of experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy Proficiency in pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management Experience with EPIC Willow Inpatient is preferred, but not required Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends This contract role is ideal for a pharmacist seeking to apply clinical expertise in a dynamic hospital environment with varied shift patterns.
