Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Clinical Pharmacist position is available for evening shifts (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on optimizing patient care through safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting.
D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. Active Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, especially for Code Blue participation.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture. Offer accurate drug information to healthcare professionals. Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff. Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Director and Operations Manager to ensure quality and compliance. Participate in code blue responses with ACLS-certified support.Qualifications:
B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. Active Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, especially for Code Blue participation.
