Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Two Pharmacist positions are available supporting specialty hospital sites in Oklahoma, providing vital pharmacy services in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation setting. These roles are essential to maintaining high-quality patient care and pharmacy operations, focusing on inpatient pharmacy duties across either one or both facilities.

Location:

Broken Arrow, OK and Muscogee, OK (two sites under the same Director of Pharmacy) One pharmacist ideally covering both sites; coverage at a single site is also acceptable

Schedule:

Day shifts Contract duration: 13 weeks with potential to convert to permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring as required Support inpatient pharmacy services tailored to LTAC and rehab environments

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
