Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for two Pharmacists to support inpatient care at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation facility in Broken Arrow, OK. The role requires a licensed Pharmacist with hospital experience who can provide expert pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting. This position offers an immediate start and the potential for contract-to-hire after a 13-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow Utilize pharmacokinetics knowledge to monitor drug therapy and optimize patient outcomes Support clinical pharmacy services within the LTAC/Rehab environment

Qualifications:

Current Oklahoma Pharmacist license is required Previous hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical and operational pharmacy best practices Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
