Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A Pharmacist opportunity is available at a Health Service Unit specializing in Diabetes Pharmacy Clinics, located in Lawton, Oklahoma. This position involves providing essential pharmaceutical care to patients with a focus on diabetes management, supporting the clinic's mission to improve community health outcomes. Contract (1 year with possible 4 one-year extensions)
Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and counsel patients regarding their proper use Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust prescriptions as necessary Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Participate in diabetes-focused health education initiatives and clinics
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
