Job Description

DEFINITION
Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Director, causes all Pharmacy functions to be completed using the outlined policies, procedures and standards developed for providing the maximum level of services to assure that care is provided to all patients including adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients.
EDUCATION
Must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
(IF
APPLICABLE
): Current Oklahoma Pharmacy License as a Registered Pharmacist.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledgeable in the specialized functions of hospital pharmacies. Prior retail experience. Current Oklahoma Pharmacy Preceptor License. Completed a residency program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
