Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Join a leading healthcare facility in Tulsa, OK, as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist working the evening shift, 10 hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This direct hire opportunity offers a chance to play a crucial role in optimizing patient outcomes through expert pharmaceutical care. Here, your expertise will not only support medication management but also guide pharmacy technicians, students, and other support staff to ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious drug therapy. The role operates under the direction of pharmacy leadership, contributing to a cohesive and patient-focused pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture. Deliver accurate drug information to healthcare professionals. Oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff workflow. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication safety. Participate in the Code Blue response with ACLS-certified intervention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school. Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for Code Blue participation.
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD degree preferred. At least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

10-hour evening shifts, 2:00 PM to 10:30
