Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 26-week Travel Oncology Pharmacist opportunity is available to support a hospital-based Oncology Infusion Center in Southern Oregon. This role is ideal for an experienced oncology pharmacist with hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy and compounding hazardous medications. The pharmacist will work closely with oncology nurses and providers to support safe and effective care for infusion patients.

Position Details:

26-week contract Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Hospital pharmacy setting

EPIC Responsibilities:

Verify oncology medication orders Prepare chemotherapy medications for infusion Compound hazardous drugs safely and accurately Collaborate with oncology nurses and providers Support safe and effective medication therapy for infusion patients

Requirements:
