Key Responsibilities:
Manage and dispense medications accurately in an inpatient environment Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to maintain precise medication records and inventory control Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations as necessary Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in pharmacy operations
Qualifications:
Current Oregon Pharmacist License is required Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations is highly desirable Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record software and Pyxis medication management systems Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
