Job Description

We are seeking dynamic, flexible Per Diem (PRN) Pharmacists to join our team in the Redmond, OR area. Candidates must be licensed pharmacists with at least one year of experience
Location:
Various healthcare facilities throughout Redmond, OR and surrounding communities (must be willing to travel locally)
Schedule:
Per Diem (PRN) | Weekday availability required
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications and provide patient counseling on proper medication use Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness Monitor patient medication profiles for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medication histories and allergies Educate patients on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of medications Stay current on new medications, treatments, and pharmacy regulations
Requirements:
Current Pharmacist License Minimum of one year of experience working as a licensed pharmacist Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
