Position:

Delivery Associate (DA). Become a Delivery Associate (DA) with a proven industry leader. We are a successful delivery service where DAs are valued, respected, and provided full time support lines to assist at all times. DAs are entrusted to conduct themselves ethically, professionally, and with minimal supervision while operating their cargo van. We are looking for a few outstanding individuals to join our dynamic team. Specifically, we are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the company, have a great attitude and are extremely reliable. DETAILS:

• Pay starts at $24.50 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications and possible overtime available.
• We are willing to hire at an entry level and train
• Accrue paid time Off (PTO) starting day one
• 10-hour shift, 4 days per week

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-4 drug screening
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record (i.e
• no more than (2) citations in the past three years)
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van safely
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts around 10 hours
• Ability to efficiently operate technology including GPS and timekeeping system
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day
• Capable of walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and uneven surfaces at an intentional pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day
• Valid driver's license, no CDL required
• Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations, as well as being a positive member of our team
