Accurately prepare, dispense, and review inpatient medication orders. Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse reactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support clinical decisions and optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with pharmacy protocols. Provide patient counseling and education regarding medication use as necessary.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in Oregon with current state licensure. Prior experience in a hospital inpatient pharmacy setting preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and inpatient medication protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, clinical environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
