Lower Bucks Hospital is a community hospital, serving the Lower Bucks County region with medical, surgical, and emergency care. Located in historic Bristol, Pennsylvania, the Hospital is well-known for its knowledgeable medical staff, including cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, wound care, and general surgery. The hospital has more than 200 physicians on staff, as well as another 700 employees. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.

Current state Registered Pharmacist License.2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. 4. BLS and ACLS certification preferred Facility Specific Requirements (as applicable required): 5. APhA Immunization Certification and BLS required.
