Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications according to prescriptions and regulatory standards Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper use and potential side effects Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and safety Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy law and confidentiality policies Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent) with current state pharmacy license Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy with solid knowledge of prescription medications, drug interactions, and medical terminology Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to travel assignments and new environments efficiently Taking this contract role will allow exposure to diverse patient populations and develop broad clinical expertise.
