Overview Aseptic & Non-Aseptic Compounding Pharmacist Boothwyn Pharmacy - Kennett Square, PA Full-Time | On-Site Boothwyn Pharmacy is seeking a skilled and motivated Compounding Pharmacist with experience in aseptic/sterile and/or non-aseptic compounding to join our growing pharmacy team. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced compounding environment, values quality and patient safety, and understands the importance of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform sterile and/or non-sterile compounding activities. Review prescriptions and compounded preparations for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness. Ensure compounding activities are performed in accordance with applicable USP standards, pharmacy policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Provide pharmacist oversight of pharmacy technicians and compounding personnel. Verify calculations, formulations, ingredients, labeling, documentation, and final preparations. Maintain accurate and complete compounding and quality records. Follow established aseptic techniques and contamination-control practices when working in sterile compounding areas. Identify and escalate quality, safety, compliance, or process concerns. Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and other departments. Participate in training, competency assessments, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Support production and operational needs in a high-volume compounding environment. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year
