Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) based in Kennett Square, PA, offering a 13-week contract to hire opportunity. The position requires a dedicated professional to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the legally designated PIC for all non-resident state pharmacy licenses, unless otherwise assigned Act as the primary point of contact for Boards of Pharmacy, inspectors, auditors, and regulatory agencies Ensure accurate reporting of operational changes, ownership transitions, facility modifications, or PIC changes Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards Lead quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvements Supervise and guide pharmacists, compounding supervisors, technicians, and production personnel Manage daily batch record creation, execution, review, and approval Support production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery, accurate inventory, and efficient capacity planning

Qualifications:
