Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A growing healthcare facility in York, PA, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support inpatient services. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic schedule and the chance to work within a large, 500-bed hospital equipped with modern healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and patient safety Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow and compliance Consult with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy plans Manage pharmacokinetics and contribute to clinical decision-making
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is highly desirable Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
