Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications following professional standards and legal requirements Verify prescribed medications in accordance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations Conduct medication reconciliation to support continuity of care upon patient discharge Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, dosage, frequency, and possible drug interactions Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and clinical care within a non-compounding, closed-door pharmacy setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
