Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Take charge of a thriving retail pharmacy as a Pharmacy Manager in Williamsport, PA, overseeing operations within a well-established market setting. This direct hire opportunity requires a motivated leader ready to foster collaboration, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional patient care with a variable schedule built around day and afternoon shifts.
Work Schedule:
Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly 10-hour shifts typically from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM 11-hour shifts typically from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM 12-hour shifts either 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Flexible variable schedules for day and afternoon shifts Immediate start date
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with store operations, driving staff engagement and effectively communicating company strategies Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through rigorous Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance procedures Manage pharmacy profitability by promoting clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Collaborate with district management to monitor inventory and sales, ensuring stock meets customer demand Lead and develop pharmacy staff through training, coaching, and performance management, maintaining a secure and organized work environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to build trust and loyalty Liaise with healthcare providers to address prescription concerns and access relevant information Oversee daily tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and timely follow-up on will-call prescriptions
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License This direct hire position is your chance to lead a dynamic pharmacy department and contribute to exceptional healthcare delivery.
