We are seeking a dedicated, licensed pharmacist to support our Elkland and Westfield, PA locations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in a community pharmacy setting while working with a close-knit team committed to patient-centered care. You will build lasting relationships with patients and serve as a trusted healthcare resource in the communities we serve.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused pharmacist to provide exceptional care across both locations. Responsibilities include safely and efficiently dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can integrate smoothly into our workflow and help maintain the high standard of care our patients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Prescription Management:

Accurately interpret, fill, and dispense prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws.

Patient Care & Counseling:

Provide medication counseling, answer questions about use, side effects, and drug interactions, and support optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Clinical Services:

Administer immunizations and provide other clinical services permitted by law.

Workflow Supervision:

Oversee pharmacy workflow, support pharmacy technicians, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and FDA regulations.

Inventory Management:

Help manage inventory to maintain adequate medication and supply levels for pharmacy operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

License:

Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License required.

Experience:

Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred; passionate new graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with pharmacy software and technology.
