Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM No weekend hours required

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications following professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal laws. Perform medication reconciliation when possible to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients at discharge. Provide patient consultations about prescribed medications, including dosage, frequency, special instructions, and potential drug interactions. Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and clinical care.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license is required. Experience working in a closed-door pharmacy setting preferred. Strong knowledge of medication dispensing and professional pharmacy standards.
