October Key Responsibilities:
Act as the designated Tennessee Pharmacist In Charge for an out-of-state mail-order pharmacy license Complete initial PIC and Board of Pharmacy documentation for licensing and renewals Conduct quarterly on-site compliance inspections at the Nashville-area location Review portable oxygen patient accounts to ensure annual prescription renewals Inspect physical storage of oxygen tanks and verify compliance Ensure required licenses and hours of operation are posted and current Complete inspection checklists and report any follow-up actions Support additional regulatory and compliance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
