Staffing requirement 1 weekend every 4 weeks or 1 weekday every other week. As a full time Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist Specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California is responsible leading clinical implementation of pharmacogenomic program and serve as the subject matter expert for complex drug-gene medication management, including but not limited to daily organization and supervision of pharmacogenomics medication management activities and collaborating with physicians, genetic counselors, and other health care providers to optimize medication therapy and optimize outcome. #LI-RD1 Why work here? D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience. Completion of PGY2 residency in Pharmacogenomics preferred.
